Born to Roam Free

Born to Roam Free started as a personal project between myself and a few friends. We all shared a passion for the outdoors and hiking and decided to showcase some of our favorite hikes and outdoor hidden gems around the tri-state area. Our hope was to inspire friends of ours who all live in the urban areas of NJ and NYC to venture out and discover the green spaces hidden right under their noses and become closer to nature. The idea for the logo came from the need for it to be interesting enough to work as a sticker, patch, and logo. The use of hand done lettering gives it an authentic and personal feel that works well to keep it unique and easily recognizable.
